This is a very unique and amazing cased art glass Butterfly Bowl manufactured by Murano and attributed to Fratelli Toso circa 1950's. The bowl is in mint condition, with no chips, cracks, or breaks. The bowl measures 10" long, 10" wide, and 2¾" deep. The pattern of colors on this bowl are very unique and rarely seen.

It is a beautiful cased opalescent white, and decorated with cased green and copper swirl aventurine flecks. It has two wings and short paired projections in the middle that look like a butterfly body, The two short projections are actually for holding cigarettes. The butterfly bowls were originally intended to be ashtrays, but they make incredible centerpiece bowls. The shimmering green and copper flecks produce an incredible effect, whether in natural light or under a table lamp.

The color pattern on this bowl is very unique. You do not often see these bowls with luminescent green flecks in the center, accompanied by an intricate swirling pattern of copper flecks emanating from the center, on an opalescent white background. The underside of the bowl has remnants of its original sticker (no long readable - see last photo).

This is an outstanding and remarkable Art Glass piece. It is an antique art glass cluster of grapes and leaves of extremely high quality manufactured back in the 1920's. This wonderful set measuring 7¾" long is very difficult to find in such fine condition, as the delicate art glass flowers are often broken.

The grapes are in wonderful condition with no chips or breaks, and the accompanying leaves are in excellent condition, with only 2 tiny chips (very hard to spot) on 2 of the clear glass leaves. The grapes are all the same color, a very pretty amber color (a bit lighter actually, more like the color of white wine). The leaves are clear glass and are individually etched with veins.

The metal stems to which the grapes and leaves are attached are wrapped, over and over, in a soft and supple silk thread that is in excellent condition. The grape cluster consists of 13 grapes and 12 clear glass leaves . They are all wonderfully rendered with outstanding detail and incredible coloring. We can not overstate the beauty and high quality of this piece. The glass produces a spectacular effect in the light, sparkling and shimmering beautifully. These wonderful grapes must be seen to be truly appreciated.

This is a stunning, very rare, pressed cardboard die-cut Santa stand up made in Germany in the 1930's. It is a large piece, measuring 19¼'' tall and 8¾" wide.

It features an old time "Father Christmas" style Santa with a bell in one hand and a bag of toys slung over his right shoulder. The details on this highly embossed piece are incredible, especially on Santa's face (see pictures).

The die-cut is in outstanding condition, with no tears, rips, bends, staining, or unsightly discoloration. The colors are consistent, bright, and vivid.

Santa is decorated with lovely glitter accents on his hat, sleeves, trim of his coat, and bottom of his pants. The glitter is in wonderful condition with very little wear.

This Santa has been beautifully maintained. At one time it was used as a stand up display as there are 2 small staple holes on the toy bag just above the right hand (not visible - they are in the black area) where a frame style pedestal was attached. Therefore it would be easy to convert this piece to a stand up.

This amazing piece will look amazing as part of your Christmas display as the glitter shimmers beautifully in the light.
