Rare Art Deco Metal Persian Horse Lamp

Description:  
This is an exquisite metal Art Deco Figural Persian horse table lamp made back in the 1920's - 1930's. This lamp (with shade) stands an impressive 30" high and is guaranteed vintage. It is complete with very lovely green fiberglass shade.

The lamp is in great condition, virtually free of wear. The underside of the lamp still has its original protective green felt padding. SOLD! The round base is 8" in diameter. On top of the base sits a large detailed 19½" tall metal figural Persian horse statue, which has attractive gold accents on the mane, hooves, and tail. The horse is quite striking, standing on its hind legs. The green fiberglass shade is a huge 18" in diameter, and 8¼" tall. It is beautifully decorated with gorgeous gold and black lines throughout. The base is in wonderful condition with very little wear. The figural horse statue is in excellent condition, with no damage, and some negligible wear. There are no breaks, cracks, or repairs in the metal. The fiberglass shade is also in excellent condition, with no rips, tears, wear, or unsightly discoloration. The colors are bright and vivid. This high quality lamp produces a delightful effect when lit.
