This is an absolutely amazing, super rare, majestic pink spaghetti poodle with bonnet made in Japan back in the 1950's. In fantastic condition with no chips, cracks, breaks, hairlines, crazing, fleabites, or repairs.
Possibly made by Lefton as it has all the earmarks of pieces made by this company back in the period. Either way, it is stunning! Measuring a full 8¼" tall, 3¾" deep, and 3" wide, you'd be hard pressed to find a more attractive spaghetti poodle figurine.
There appears to be little, if any paint wear (see photos). The pink poodle has gorgeous hand decorated facial features, including lovely blue eyes, with pretty elevated eyebrows, and an upturned red mouth and black nose. She is wearing a fabulous bonnet, that is decorated with 3 flowers, and is tied under the chin with large bow. The bonnet has blue trim throughout, blue airbrushed accents, and the flowers have pretty green leaves at the base. Not one of the delicate features on this cool piece is damaged.
The poodle has gold gilt accents on her body, collar, ears, and feet. She is extremely pretty and projects plenty of confidence and attitude. Don't miss out on your opportunity to own this wonderful, hard to find, vintage pink spaghetti poodle collectible.
Super clean and shiny, with no grease and no dirt, and ready to be displayed.
